Refund Policy
Your trust and your satisfaction is our priority at Bebe Amour Co. We will be pleased to accept the return or exchange request within 15 days of receipt, provided that item is unwashed and is in its original packaging. If 15 days has gone by since the delivery date, unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note all requests must be submitted to our support team via email with your order number; private messaging requests to our Facebook, Instagram accounts will not be granted.
To Exchange:
Please reach out to our support team via email, include the details for an exchange. Your exchange request will be processed within 2-3 working days after your returned purchase has been received and approved by our warehouse team.
Get Refund:
Please reach out to our support team via email, include a reason for the refund and proof of purchase receipt. Support team will guide you through the steps. Once returned item is received and inspected, refund is issued as soon as the item has passed the inspection step. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund to show in your account due to varying processing times between financial institutions.
Bebe Amour Co. does not offer the prepaid return label and the return shipping fee is non-refundable.
Track Your Exchanges/Returns:
The return tracking number or the return shipping receipt is a must-have for the refund or exchange. We recommend that you use USPS with a tracking information included.
